Yes, you can pay us through an international card.
Any / All Refunds take 3-5 business days to process. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our customer support.
Booking status is typically confirmed within 30 minutes. If your booking is declined or cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your account.
We include 15 minutes of free waiting time with every airport ride. If you need a little extra time, the waiting charge is ₹50 per 5 mins. However, beyond 30 minutes of your original booking time, we reserve the right to cancel the ride so that other guests aren’t affected.
You can cancel for free up to 1 hour before pickup. After that, a standard fee applies. For the full breakdown, please refer to cancellation policy.
For domestic flights, please keep your pick-up time 30 minutes after the flight landing time. For international flights, Please keep60-minute buffer.

Terminal 2 (T2): Second lane for commercial cars
Terminal 3 (T3): Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP)
15 minutes of waiting time is included with every booking. We can wait longer if there's no impact on the next booking, but this isn't guaranteed, and we reserve the right to cancel after this.
