Welcome to BAC CABS. By accessing or using our website www.baccabs.in and booking our cab services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Overview

BAC CABS provides an online platform that enables users to book cab transportation services. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, operational conditions, and confirmation by BAC CABS.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information

  • Ensure availability at the scheduled pickup time

  • Maintain proper conduct during the ride

  • Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities

BAC CABS reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct, misuse, or violation of these terms.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed through the website, mobile communication, or authorized booking channels.

  • Applicable fares, taxes, tolls, parking, and additional charges (if any) will be communicated during booking or added to the final invoice.

  • Payments must be completed through approved payment methods available on the platform.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup time will attract a ₹500 cancellation fee.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or customer account.

5. Service Availability

BAC CABS strives to provide timely and reliable services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

BAC CABS shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle

Users are advised to check their belongings before completing the ride.

7. Safety and Conduct

Passengers are expected to follow all safety instructions and maintain respectful behavior toward drivers and staff. BAC CABS reserves the right to terminate rides or deny future bookings in case of inappropriate conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and website materials on www.baccabs.in are the property of BAC CABS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

BAC CABS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

 

11. Offers

To avail the offer of 50% on your return trip, the return trip should be within 30 days of the initial trip.
